I've been having problems logging in today, with lengthy delays and refused connections. Is it just me?

Works flawlessly for me.

Is SS hanging for anyone else currently? (nevermind, just 5 min went by and it clicked on...)

I'm having intermittent connection problems. My Barclay backup script has been reporting errors, and I couldn't login from my home machine this morning, though it works now.

OK, it just let me in. But it took about ten minutes of trying.

Same here again. Repeated connection refused over SFTP with Transmit 3.6.4, then allowed at the nth attempt. Weird.

My early morning (8am UTC, 3am CDT) backups have been failing on a pretty regular basis. I see this error a lot:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at /SourceCache/rsync/rsync-30/rsync/io.c(359)
I submitted a ticket this morning. I'm not sure what's going on, but it is annoying.

Seems to be down again for SFTP and web.
Update: Finally managed to connect after an hour or so of trying.

I am not having any luck in reaching stronspace via the browser. ( I have tried all day long)
I did manage to mount the drive via MacFusion.

sftp works for me, but the web interface doesn't.

I've been having some problems with SS. Sometimes it won't connect, and when it does, it seems very slow. The slowness has caused issues with my back ups from work, they don't get done because the connection dies before much copying has happened. I figured it was the crappy connection at work. Today, however, I did a scientific test from my nifty fiber-optic connection at home.
I am now backing up my wife's stuff both on SS and on the connector, using sftpDrive to connect to them as different virtual drives. I started a back up this afternoon using syncback. About 24 files had to be copied over. The connector was finished before the SS had even copied two files. It seems to me that there should be little difference in speed, so I agree that SS is having problems.

Can someone from headquarters please enlighten us? I am working on a big project and we need the strongspace server to exchange files. the way it is now it is not working. it's either SLOW or it gives ERRORS and we cannot upload/download.
What is the prognoses for this being fixed?

I still got error when login to SS web app. When I got in, browsing around would take minutes to get one click. Are you still working on it?
Offline
Now I got Application error (Rails)
SFTP is not working either.

Anyone has SS working? None of my SFTP, sftp Drive, web app, ssh is working. Hello!!!

Yeehaw! I got my first rsync connect in days now.

And the fix is now live since last nights emergency maintenance window.
